Dr Constance Bart-Plange is a Medical Doctor and a Senior Public Health Specialist. Her areas of expertise include: Malaria and Tropical Diseases Control; Field and Clinical Epidemiology; Health Systems Management; Research, Monitoring, Evaluation & Surveillance, Global Health; Communications, Partnerships and Resource Mobilization.
\nShe managed the Ghana Malaria Control Program, which includes Indoor Residual Spraying, for 16 years and in the process, impacted positively on malaria transmission and malaria related deaths in all ages, in the country.
\nCurrently, at the International level, she is a member of the NgenIRS Expert Advisory Committee (EAC) and Global Fund TRP. At the National level, she serves on the AGAMAL Board and Technical Committee.
\nPreviously, she had served on International Advisory Board of First World Malaria Congress; RBM Advocacy and Resource Mobilization Steering Committee, Expert Scientific Advisory Committee of Innovative Vector Control (ESAC3); as well member of the WHO Vector Control Technical Expert Group (VCTEG), Global Fund Market Dynamics Advisory Group (MDAG), W.H.O Technical Committee on Community-Based Programs; Roll Back Malaria External Evaluation Task Force and Technical Advisor for the Malaria Policy Advisory Committee.
\nShe was part-time lecturer at the University of Cape Coast Health Science Program; Lecturer, in \u201cMonitoring and Evaluation of Malaria Training Programs, School of Public Health Legon.<\/p>\n

She has received several awards including \u201cMalaria Superwoman\u201d, (in Geneva, 2016); \u201cWest Africa and Regional Malaria Safe Awards, Hall of Fame\u201d (Ghana, 2018).
\nShe has published several papers in peer-reviewed journals, jointly with others.
